I also know that some protection is provided but there will be traffic on the course. I assume any and all risk of running in traffic. I also assume any and all other risks associated with running this event including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including temperature, and the conditions of the roads, all such risks being appreciated and known by me. Knowing these facts,and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone who may claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, waive, release and discharge the Seneca Area Chamber and Downtown Impact, the City of Seneca and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising from my participation in this race even thought that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of persons named in this waiver.
