Seneca Veteran's Banner Project

Applications for the 2026 Veteran’s Banner Project are now closed. Banners will hang until Veteran's Day, November 11, 2026. Applications for new banners will reopen on Memorial Day 2027. The Seneca Veteran’s Banner Project began in 2024 and is a partnership between the Seneca Area Chamber and Downtown Impact and the Nemaha County Historical Society Temple of Honor Military Museum. Additional support is provided by The City of Seneca for installing the banners. In 2025 funds for some of the additional banner brackets were provided by a grant from the Nemaha County STEP Foundation, including support from the Chad Baker Memorial Fund.
