Kickhaefer & Buessing is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our team. Responsibilities • Managing client relationships • Preparing and reviewing tax returns for corporations, partnerships, trusts and individuals • Identifying tax planning opportunities and insights • Supervising and mentoring team members • Bookkeeping • Consulting • Tax research Qualifications • CPA or EA preferred, but not mandatory • 4-5 years of experience in preparing tax returns • Strong knowledge of general accounting and accounting systems • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent customer service skills, including patience and flexibility • Great organizational skills, including time management and strategic thinking • Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe • Quickbooks and Thomson Reuters Ultra Tax/Accounting CS experience a plus, but not required Benefits • Competitive pay based on experience • 7 paid holidays • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Health reimbursement plan • Reduced summer hours • Paid memberships to professional organizations • Paid continuing education Please send resume to: [email protected]
