Nemaha County Community Health Services is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing community health care for all residents of Nemaha County, Kansas. We take pride in our ability to reach out and meet the needs of all our community members when they need us. We serve all ages and stages of life.
We serve all of Nemaha County. Our main office is in Sabetha and is open Monday-Friday. Our Seneca office is open Tuesday and Thursday, but our staff in Sabetha is available to answer questions and make appointments throughout the week.
